The main purpose of a bulk bag is to make handling and transporting large amounts of loose materials easier. Reusable design: This is the mainstream choice for cutting costs and boosting efficiency. By using thicker, denser manufacturing techniques, the strength of the bulk bags is improved, allowing multiple lifting cycles. Compared with single-use bulk bags, this greatly reduces packaging waste and lowers long-term packaging costs for businesses.
When choosing materials: give priority to biodegradable materials like PLA and PHA, or use recycled materials like recycled PP/rPE to reduce reliance on virgin plastics. Use single-material designs, and avoid hard-to-recycle structures like paper-plastic or aluminum-plastic composites, to improve recyclability.
As environmental requirements increase, biodegradable bulk bags are gradually replacing traditional non-degradable materials, reducing pollution caused by packaging waste to the environment.
